Toys Library will still expect you to return the Products or Toys Library have the rights to create a police report, considering it as theft. If you failed to return the Product and its parts for 10 calendar days or more, your late return will be considered a non-return, and Toys Library will charge 100% of your security deposit. The late fee is payable for each order of Products that is not returned when due, including its parts, not for each Product that is the subject of the order that is late. If you return the Products later than 3 days after the last day of your rental period, a late penalty fee of 10% of your security deposit per Day will be charged from the 4th day onwards. We offer a grace period of 3 days for late returns. However, if you find any broken toys or missing pieces, please report to us here within 24 hours upon receiving the toys, our member support team will contact you within 1 day to investigate and find a solution.ĥ. We will make sure all the toys are fully functional before shipping it out. Otherwise, you will need to arrange your own courier service to return the toys. Please reschedule the collection date via the below link at least 3 days in advance. To ensure your childs safety, adult assembly is required. Please return the Products using the Original Packaging, If the Toys Library canvas bag is not returned you will be charged a fee at $15 each canvas bag. Our courier partner will come to your place to collect the toys on your ‘Rent End’ date if you do not reschedule with us at least 3 days prior to the “Rent End” date. Please pay attention to your “Rent End” date. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account. We will refund your deposit immediately after the toys has been returned to us.
Deposit may be forfeited/deducted if any of the following occurs: Your security deposit will be fully returned at the end of rental date if your rental toys are returned on time and in its original condition.
